Archive is Restored

We are offering all the dharma talks again here on the site. Thanks to Michael B for providing the Internet Archive mapping. A little bit of grunt work and it’s magically back.

Go ahead and dig in deep. There is so much content here and you can’t go wrong with any of it. If you run into a hiccup, then let me know.

  1. This is wonderful news, Kenley! Thanks for all the part you played in this restoration!
    With love and gratitude,

  2. I am enjoying a morning stroll by Lake Garda. I look at my emails and this wonderful messages is the first one I see. Thank you thank you thank you to all who have contributed to restoring this life enriching archive.
I’ve listened to Thay’s teaching on this audio archive for many years. I was learning to live without it and now again can experience living with it – now I expect in a new way.

  3. Do you have multiple backup of the talks now? I’d be happy to keep copies off line and on my jottacloud account. Multiple copies in multiple places is the only way to preserve stuff. Even physical libraries burn now. I kinda do this stuff for a living.

Also we are going to have a clear out of the Edinburgh Sangha stuff we have stored at the church and I believe there are old CDs of Thay’s talks amongst it (n.b. I’ve not seen them for a while but could verify their existence in September.). I wonder if there are any you don’t have or if people would want the physical copies – rather than chuck them out.

  4. Thanks Roger. Yes, I have multiple copies of the archive now. And there is going to be a full set coming out of Plum Village sometime in the next year too. I’ll keep my ear out for anyone who might want physical copies. Or they can reply here.

  5. Thank you for making these talks available. I’m grateful to have access to them.

  6. I will only repeat what has already been said… Thank you for this effort and wonderful gift. It is highly appreciated ?
